Aubrey's End-of-the-Year Party

Aubrey's Shepherd Elementary class with her teacher, Mrs. Crow

Shepherd girls singing "Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes" in German

Aubrey had her last day at Shepherd Elementary today. This is a once-a-week class for homeschoolers that she has attended for her kindergarten year. She LOVES this class and her "school friends" and adores her teacher, Mrs. Crow! Today they had a field trip to Buffalo Gap Historic Village, then came back for a pizza lunch and scrapbooking party, and at the end of the day, put on a year-end program for their families. I spent the day with her class and really enjoyed it - they are great kids and everything went very smoothly. Aubrey sang a few songs with the class and also recited a poem,"The Swing." She did so well and we are very proud of her! Unfortunately, I had Austin in my lap and was trying to keep him from making odd noises during the poetry recital, so I don't have any pictures of that part!
